Here are the frequently asked questions, this is everything you need to know about Getting started with Faraday Display.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
the MOQ is 100 units. However, for larger complex displays, we can discuss trial orders. Please note that higher quantities significantly reduce the unit cost due to setup fees.
Can i get a sample before mass production?
Yes! We always recommend a sample.
1. White Mockup: Free of charge (freight collect), to check structure and size.
2. Digital Print Sample: Charged($50 for counter display and $100 for other display stands), to check color and graphics. Sample cost will be fully refund upon order.
Do you help with the design?
Yes. If you provide your product samples or dimensions, our structural designers will create a 3D rendering and dieline for you. You can then have your designers place your artwork on the dieline, or we can help with basic layout.
How are the displays packed?
We offer two methods:
Flat Packed: To save shipping volume. Includes easy assembly instructions.
Pre-assembled (Co-packing): You send your products to our factory, we assemble the display, load your products, and ship the ready-to-sell units to you.
